Privacy and data handling
Reader data boundaries, analytics, and external-link privacy
Last trust review: June 9, 2026
The privacy page now explains how privacy intersects with SEO trust work. It clarifies that analytics, affiliate links, external platforms, and reader-submitted correction evidence have different data boundaries.
Name clarity
| Name | What it is | Controlled by Kakobe? |
|---|---|---|
| Kakobe | Independent guide site with editorial content, comparison snapshots, disclosures, and correction policy. | Yes |
| Kakox | External spreadsheet/category browsing destination. | No |
| Kakobuy | Third-party shopping-agent platform controlling accounts, orders, warehouse QC, fees, refunds, and shipping. | No |
| ikako.vip | External registration/referral URL. It may be monetized, but it is not controlled by Kakobe and does not affect rankings. | No |
What Kakobe needs
- For corrections, Kakobe usually needs only the page URL, exact claim, current source, and checked date.
- If evidence is shared, remove personal names, addresses, account identifiers, balances, order numbers, tracking numbers, and payment details.
- Kakobe does not need passwords or private account access to review site copy.
Analytics and logs
- Static site hosting, analytics care labels, and basic logs may record technical information such as page views, browser details, referrers, and timestamps.
- Analytics should be used to understand site performance and content quality, not to resolve private platform orders.
- Readers can use browser controls and privacy settings to manage cookies or analytics behavior.
External links and affiliates
- Kakobe links to Kakobuy, Kakox, social channels, carriers, and other third-party services that have their own privacy policies.
- Affiliate or referral links may include tracking parameters or codes that external platforms process independently.
- Before creating accounts, paying, or submitting order data, read the privacy and terms of the external service.
Correction evidence safety
- Public sources are preferred for claim updates because they can be rechecked without private data.
- Redacted screenshots should show only the detail needed to correct a site claim.
- If a privacy issue appears in Kakobe content, use the contact and correction pages with a minimal, redacted description.
