When to request extra photos
Extra-photo triggers
- Request extra photos when a logo, tag, measurement, damage area, size label, or option detail is hidden or blurry.
- Ask for measurement photos when fit is the main risk and the seller chart is inconsistent or incomplete.
- Ask for closeups before approving expensive items, fragile accessories, detailed embroidery, or shape-sensitive shoes and caps.
Return or exchange triggers
- Consider return or exchange before shipping when the wrong size, color, model, or option is visible.
- Escalate quickly when the seller page and warehouse photos do not match, because return windows can be short.
- Do not approve international shipping when a decision-critical issue is unresolved in support messages.
